"Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Brick & Bolt Construction. From the very beginning, the entire approach of the team has been highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and customer-unfriendly. The biggest issue is the complete lack of follow-up. Once initial discussions are done, the team becomes unresponsive. Calls are either ignored or not returned, messages are left unanswered, and there is no clear communication at all. Even after multiple reminders, no proper update or solution is provided. What makes the experience worse is the rude and arrogant attitude of some staff members. Instead of addressing concerns politely and professionally, they speak in a dismissive and careless manner, as if the customer is doing something wrong by asking genuine questions. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially in a service-based industry like construction where trust and transparency are crucial. There is no coordination within the team. Different people give different answers, commitments are not honored, and timelines are casually ignored without any explanation. Promises are made during discussions, but nothing is documented or followed through properly. This creates confusion, stress, and a total lack of confidence in the company. For a brand that claims to offer professional and end-to-end construction solutions, this level of service is shocking. The process feels extremely disorganized, with zero accountability. Customer concerns are taken lightly, and there is no sense of responsibility or urgency to resolve issues. Overall, this has been a very poor and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone planning to build their home or invest their hard-earned money to think twice before choosing Brick & Bolt. Professionalism, respectful communication, and proper follow-up are basic expectations, and unfortunately, all of these are missing here. Highly dissatisfied. Not recommended at all."

"Brick and bolt is a fraud company what they do is they get commission from the projects and don't care about execution. First they takes huge amount in advance they will get all there commission this way before mobilising the manpower they will take 8% which is there commission. So that customer is helpless they will do any work. Even the persons at the top level know about all these things and are the part of this fraud. I lost my money here to help other to not get into there marketing and attractive fake quotations."
